I offer individual therapy for adults dealing with . . .
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety can take many forms. For some, it’s the relentless stream of “What if?” questions or worries about whether they’re doing enough or doing the right thing. For others, it shows up as tension that never quite goes away—restlessness in the body, difficulty focusing, irritability, trouble sleeping, or a sense that the mind just won’t turn off. However it appears for you, anxiety can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and incredibly isolating.
The good news is that anxiety is something we can work with, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll explore where it comes from and what it’s trying to tell us. With the right tools and support, anxiety can shift from feeling like an overpowering force to something you can understand and manage.
In therapy, I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or an individualized, eclectic approach depending on your needs and preferences.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
If you live with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), you know it’s far more than a preference for things to be tidy or orderly. OCD often involves intense, intrusive thoughts well as compulsions that demand more and more of your time, energy, and attention. These experiences can leave you feeling exhausted or even ashamed, questioning your safety, your identity, or whether you deserve connection and love. In my experience, OCD can be one of the most painful and overwhelming conditions to face, and no one chooses to struggle with it.
The good news is that OCD is highly treatable. Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD and has decades of strong research support behind it. ERP involves gradually and intentionally approaching the thoughts, feelings, and situations your OCD tells you to avoid—while learning to reduce and ultimately resist compulsions. It’s a challenging process, but also an incredibly empowering one.
In our work together, I will meet you exactly where you are in your OCD journey, and we will move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My goal is to support you every step of the way as you begin reclaiming your life from OCD.
Identity Development & Life Transitions
Change is an inevitable part of life—but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Even when we aren’t consciously aware of it, we are always evolving. And at certain points—starting a new job, moving to a new city, graduating, ending or beginning a relationship, navigating a loss, experiencing a faith shift, or exploring questions related to gender or sexuality—the pace of change can feel overwhelming, disorienting, or even isolating.
During these times, having a supportive, affirming space to explore what you’re experiencing can make all the difference. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand who you are, what matters most to you, and what direction you want to move in as you shape the next chapter of your life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of complex feelings, reconnect with your strengths, and develop clarity and confidence in your identity and values.
Depending on your preferences and goals, I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or an eclectic, individualized approach to support you in navigating transition and growing into the version of yourself you want to become.
